What You’ll Do:
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll take on responsibilities that lay the groundwork for becoming a future leader:
- Represent clients professionally in retail and event-based environments
- Learn and master the basics of direct sales and customer engagement
- Lead by example to inspire your team and maintain high service standards
- Communicate with managers to improve processes and ensure goals are met
- Take part in training sessions focused on leadership, business development, and team-building
- Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members as you grow

Prior customer service or team leadership experience is a bonus—but not required.
