Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of public relations and promotional marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate live promotional events, manage on-site campaign logistics, and ensure successful event execution.

  • Collaborate with marketing and client teams to integrate effective PR strategies into branded experiences.

  • Build rapport with event attendees and effectively communicate key messages in an engaging manner.

  • Develop promotional materials, signage, and event visuals to boost event presence.

  • Track event attendance, performance, and inventory while providing organized reports to measure success.

  • Maintain professional relationships with vendors, retail partners, and venue staff to ensure smooth event operations.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to support innovative ideas and campaign growth.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for brand storytelling.

  • Previous experience in PR, marketing, events, or customer service is helpful but not required.
