Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our client brands at live promotional events, pop-up shops, and community activations. You’ll help connect consumers with products and services, provide outstanding customer support, and contribute to exciting marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent national brands at promotional events, trade shows, and retail activations
Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service, answering questions and resolving basic concerns
Educate consumers on products, services, promotions, and limited-time offers
Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and daily operations
Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure campaign success
Help create positive brand experiences and memorable customer interactions
Track and share customer feedback and engagement metrics with the team
