Position Overview

As an Assistant Campaign Manager, you’ll play a key supporting role in the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising campaigns. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals interested in a career in nonprofit development, donor relations, or campaign strategy.

  • Campaign Execution – Assist with the development, rollout, and management of fundraising campaigns aligned with strategic goals

  • Donor Engagement – Help prepare outreach materials, coordinate donor communications, and maintain interaction logs to support donor stewardship

  • Event Coordination – Contribute to the planning and logistics of fundraising events, including volunteer support, setup, execution, and follow-up

  • Data & Reporting – Accurately track campaign metrics, donor information, and outcomes to support data-driven decision-making

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with senior campaign managers and internal teams to ensure successful campaign implementation
