We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Entry-Level Manager to join our nonprofit marketing and fundraising team. In this role, you’ll start by learning the ins and outs of face-to-face outreach, event coordination, and donor engagement—and quickly grow into a leadership role managing your own team and campaigns.

This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates, early-career professionals, or career changers who want to gain hands-on leadership experience while making a real impact through nonprofit campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support face-to-face nonprofit fundraising and marketing campaigns

  • Represent 501(c)(3) organizations at live events, pop-ups, and community outreach activations

  • Train, motivate, and manage a small team of fundraising associates

  • Monitor team performance and help set and track individual and group goals

  • Oversee event setup, logistics, and donor engagement strategies

  • Work with senior managers to plan outreach tactics and execute marketing goals

  • Participate in leadership workshops, strategy meetings, and professional development sessions
