What You’ll Do:

• Assist in planning and executing fundraising events

• Provide administrative support, including record-keeping and correspondence

Key Responsibilities:

• Help develop and implement event plans and timelines
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet event needs
• Support the fundraising team in achieving financial goals
• Assist with donor and sponsor communications, including thank-you notes and follow-ups
• Manage event registrations and attendee communications
• Support event promotion via social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels
