Role Overview
As a Marketing Trainee, you’ll receive paid, hands-on training in event marketing, campaign promotions, and community outreach. You’ll work alongside experienced leaders to learn how to plan and execute live events, engage the public, communicate campaign messages, and support fundraising initiatives.
This is an entry-level position — no prior experience required — and an excellent opportunity for someone who is energetic, people-focused, and eager to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events and outreach activations
Represent nonprofit and campaign clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
Communicate key messages to the public and engage attendees in meaningful conversations
Support fundraising goals by sharing information and collecting leads or donations
Help manage branded materials, displays, and event equipment
Track engagement results and report basic event data to the campaign team
Learn event strategy, public presentation skills, and promotion techniques from senior staff
Participate in team meetings, training workshops, and growth-focused coaching sessions
Qualifications
Entry-level; no experience needed — we provide full training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with diverse audiences
Reliable, organized, and eager to learn new skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-based environment
Flexible schedule — some weekend availability may be needed
