We are looking for a motivated, organized, and passionate individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Fundraising Event Assistant. In this role, you will use your strong communication skills and proactive mindset to identify fundraising opportunities, build relationships with donors, and help manage fundraising campaigns that make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Awareness: Actively promote the organization's mission and work to the public and potential donors.

  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain a network of dedicated donors and volunteers.

  • Identify Opportunities: Spot new fundraising opportunities to advance the organization’s goals.

  • Plan and Execute Fundraising Campaigns: Organize, strategize, and execute effective fundraising campaigns to meet financial targets.

  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Form strong, lasting relationships with key external stakeholders and ensure major donors are satisfied and informed.

  • Organize Fundraising Events: Plan and oversee fundraising events, while leading teams of fundraisers to ensure success.

  • Budget Management: Manage event budgets and track the progress of fundraising goals.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey the organization’s mission, vision, and programs to potential donors.

  • Relationship-Building: Strong skills in developing and maintaining relationships with donors, volunteers, and stakeholders.

  • Leadership Potential: Ability to motivate and lead teams of volunteers and colleagues to achieve fundraising success.

  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in event planning, budget management, and progress tracking.

  • Passion for Research: Strong research skills to identify fundraising opportunities and areas for growth.

  • Organizational Skills: Adept at multitasking, managing priorities, and executing event plans in a timely manner.
