Role Overview
As a Junior Business Development Associate, you will support daily business operations, assist with client acquisition strategies, and help coordinate outreach initiatives and promotional events. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is outgoing, ambitious, and ready to develop professional skills in business development, client relations, and marketing.
No experience is required — we provide full training and continuous support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the business development team with client outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building
Communicate with potential customers or donors at events, presentations, and community campaigns
Support nonprofit and brand partners by sharing program information and driving engagement
Participate in the planning and execution of promotional events and fundraising initiatives
Help track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and progress reports
Maintain accurate records, update internal systems, and support basic administrative tasks
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and development workshops
Collaborate with leadership on business strategies, outreach plans, and growth goals
Qualifications
Entry-level; no prior business experience required
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills
