Role Overview

As a Junior Business Development Associate, you will support daily business operations, assist with client acquisition strategies, and help coordinate outreach initiatives and promotional events. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is outgoing, ambitious, and ready to develop professional skills in business development, client relations, and marketing.

No experience is required — we provide full training and continuous support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the business development team with client outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building

  • Communicate with potential customers or donors at events, presentations, and community campaigns

  • Support nonprofit and brand partners by sharing program information and driving engagement

  • Participate in the planning and execution of promotional events and fundraising initiatives

  • Help track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and progress reports

  • Maintain accurate records, update internal systems, and support basic administrative tasks

  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and development workshops

  • Collaborate with leadership on business strategies, outreach plans, and growth goals


Qualifications

  • Entry-level; no prior business experience required

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills

  • Positive, motivated, and willing to learn

  • Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks

  • Comfortable speaking with new people and representing clients professionally

  • Flexible availability (some weekends may be required for events)

  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
