Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you will execute in-person marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives that raise awareness, generate support, and drive results for socially responsible organizations.

This is a public-facing role ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, collaborating with a team, and pursuing performance-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent mission-driven brands and nonprofit partners at events, pop-ups, and outreach locations

• Engage community members through face-to-face marketing and relationship-building

• Support donor outreach, lead generation, and supporter sign-ups

• Collaborate with team members to execute sales and outreach strategies

• Track and report campaign results using CRM systems and performance tools

• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and coaching sessions

Ideal Candidate Profile
