We're looking for a motivated Entry-Level Manager to join our leadership team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about people, progress, and purpose—ideal for recent graduates, career changers, or high-performers from retail or customer service who are ready to grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Coach Teams: Manage a group of marketing and fundraising associates, providing day-to-day guidance and performance coaching

  • Run Events: Oversee live campaigns, pop-ups, and events to drive engagement and results for nonprofit clients

  • Client Relations: Build strong relationships with partner organizations to ensure campaign success and satisfaction

  • Train New Talent: Mentor new hires through onboarding and field training, helping them succeed in outreach and campaign goals

  • Analyze & Improve: Track performance metrics, offer insights, and help optimize campaign strategies

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with leadership on proposals, goals, and performance strategy
