• Learn to lead and support marketing campaigns at live events

• Engage with customers and represent nonprofit or brand clients with professionalism

• Assist in event logistics, team coordination, and promotional outreach

• Receive 1-on-1 mentorship from senior management

• Track campaign performance and help improve processes
