We are seeking a motivated and personable Entry-Level Client Relations Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build experience in client relations, customer service, account management, marketing support, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by providing professional, timely, and effective communication
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates, check-ins, and follow-ups
  • Support client onboarding, account coordination, and ongoing project activities
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and client engagement events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate projects and meet client objectives
  • Track project timelines, client requests, deliverables, and key updates
  • Prepare client presentations, reports, meeting notes, and follow-up materials
  • Respond to client questions and concerns with a positive, solutions-focused approach
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Participate in team meetings, training programs, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and professional relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with clients, teammates, and cross-functional departments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRM or project management platforms
