💼 Position Overview – What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Brand Marketing Assistant, you’ll bring exciting brands to life by engaging directly with customers in high-traffic retail spaces, community events, and promotional setups:

  • Represent recognized consumer brands at retail events, trade shows, and community activations

  • Set up and manage eye-catching event displays, product demonstrations, and branded booths

  • Interact with customers face-to-face to promote brand messaging and increase awareness

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through friendly, informative interactions

  • Track customer feedback, event performance, and help achieve campaign goals

  • Collaborate with your team to manage logistics, flow, and brand visibility at each event


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus)

  • Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, and strong interpersonal presence

  • Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and busy events

  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Reliable transportation to local event locations is required

  • Bonus: Background in retail, customer service, hospitality, performing arts, or events is helpful—but not required!
