Entry-Level Event Marketing & Fundraising Associate
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Event Marketing & Fundraising Associate to join our team at the entry level. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach
Represent our organization and partners at public events, trade shows, and community initiatives
Engage with the public to build relationships and secure donor support
Support marketing efforts across social media, email, and print materials
Manage event logistics including setup, materials, and coordination with vendors and volunteers
Track donor interactions and event performance using CRM software and reporting tools
Participate in team strategy sessions, training workshops, and development meetings

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
Passion for public service, fundraising, and community engagement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience preferred
