Our organization partners with 501(c)(3) nonprofit clients across the Bay Area to bring their missions directly to the public through face-to-face, event-style marketing. As part of our leadership team-in-training, you’ll learn how to lead outreach teams, represent high-impact causes, and manage day-to-day business functions.


🌟 What You’ll Do:

As an Assistant Manager Trainee, you'll receive hands-on training in key areas of leadership and campaign execution, including:

  • Supporting daily operations, campaign logistics, and team coordination

  • Representing national nonprofit clients at live events, retail locations, and community outreach sites

  • Assisting with training, mentoring, and motivating outreach representatives

  • Analyzing campaign performance and providing insight to improve strategy and public engagement

  • Participating in leadership development meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews

  • Collaborating with management on recruitment, expansion efforts, and client growth

  • Contributing to onboarding, internal communication, and positive team culture
