Promotional Marketing Associate | Entry Level | Paid Training

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Associate to join our team. Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, retail locations, and promotional setups

• Assist with event preparation, including booth setup, marketing materials, and product displays

• Engage with community members to promote nonprofit missions, build brand awareness, and encourage donor participation

• Deliver clear, confident presentations and answer questions from attendees

• Support event logistics, including organizing schedules, tracking engagement metrics, and maintaining marketing materials

• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful daily operations and promotional strategies

• Assist with social media outreach, community awareness efforts, and event marketing campaigns as needed

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the organization professionally

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• No prior experience required—paid training provided

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods and interact with diverse audiences

• Flexible schedule, including some weekends or evenings

• Strong desire to grow within marketing, PR, or nonprofit sectors

• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, PR, or community outreach

• Coursework or degree in marketing, communications, business, or related fields
