We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Manager to join our team and help lead a high-performing group of marketing professionals. This role is ideal for individuals eager to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to the growth of both our clients and our business. As an Entry-Level Manager, you will receive hands-on training in sales, marketing, client relations, and leadership—with rapid career advancement based on performance.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage a team of marketing and fundraising associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance
Coordinate and execute live marketing events that ensure success for clients and create memorable experiences for donors
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for nonprofit clients and campaigns
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through personalized attention and quality service
Provide feedback and coaching to team members to foster growth and improve performance
Participate in client meetings and assist in developing proposals and strategies that align with client goals
Track campaign performance and provide insightful feedback to improve results and optimize future campaigns
Mentor new team members, supporting their development through training and hands-on experience
Ensure all team goals are met on time, within budget, and with a focus on client satisfaction
