Management Trainee - Entry Level
We’re a rapidly growing marketing and outreach firm seeking an ambitious Management Trainee to join our leadership development program. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training in leadership, marketing, sales, and team management. You’ll work directly with experienced leaders to learn how to manage high-performance campaigns, drive results, and build the skills needed for rapid career growth.
What You’ll Do
Assist in managing day-to-day operations for marketing, sales, and community outreach campaigns
Support scheduling, goal setting, and performance tracking for team members
Learn to train, mentor, and onboard new staff in customer engagement and campaign strategies
Monitor campaign progress and recommend improvements for better efficiency and results
Represent our company and nonprofit clients at live events, promotional campaigns, and community programs
Collaborate with leadership on brand strategy, event planning, and team-building initiatives
Qualifications
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership potential
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a team-first mindset
Interest in business, marketing, sales, or nonprofit work
High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred but not required)
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
