Entry Level Client Support Representative - Advancement Opportunities

As an Entry Level Client Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering on-site consulting, brand awareness, and sales support during customized promotional marketing campaigns for our clients. You will assist customers, analyze their product and service needs, and help create meaningful brand-to-consumer connections that drive sales.

Training:
This position includes an intensive 6-8 month training program designed to equip you with comprehensive knowledge of promotional marketing, customer support, client acquisition, sales management, advertising, and marketing strategies. This training prepares you for success in this role and potential advancement into management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support and brand representation during promotional campaigns

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate product benefits

• Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain a positive communication environment

• Support client acquisition and ensure campaign goals are met

Requirements:
