Entry-Level Community Outreach Associate
We are actively hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Associates to support high-impact nonprofit and charitable organizations through in-person outreach, grassroots campaigns, and community engagement initiatives. No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and continuous professional development starting on your first day.
Position Overview
As a Community Outreach Associate, you will represent established nonprofit partners at community events and public venues. Through direct, face-to-face engagement, you’ll educate the public, share powerful impact stories, and inspire support for important causes. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a brand ambassador for nonprofit partners at outreach events and community locations
Engage community members through face-to-face conversations to raise awareness and generate support
Present nonprofit missions, programs, and impact stories in a clear and compelling manner
Collaborate with outreach teams to meet daily engagement and fundraising goals
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintenance of branded outreach materials
Document interactions and collect community insights to improve outreach strategies
Participate in ongoing training focused on communication skills, leadership development, and advocacy
