We are actively hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Associates to support high-impact nonprofit and charitable organizations through in-person outreach, grassroots campaigns, and community engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals looking to make a meaningful social impact while building a long-term career in nonprofit outreach, fundraising, advocacy, and community relations.

No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and continuous professional development starting on your first day.


Position Overview

As a Community Outreach Associate, you will represent established nonprofit partners at community events and public venues. Through direct, face-to-face engagement, you’ll educate the public, share powerful impact stories, and inspire support for important causes. This position offers real-world experience, growth opportunities, and a clear path into leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for nonprofit partners at outreach events and community locations

  • Engage community members through face-to-face conversations to raise awareness and generate support

  • Present nonprofit missions, programs, and impact stories in a clear and compelling manner

  • Collaborate with outreach teams to meet daily engagement and fundraising goals

  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintenance of branded outreach materials

  • Document interactions and collect community insights to improve outreach strategies

  • Participate in ongoing training focused on communication skills, leadership development, and advocacy

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • No prior outreach, fundraising, or nonprofit experience required

  • Paid training provided
