We have an immediate need for full-time Business Development Trainees to join our fast-growing event marketing and nonprofit fundraising team. This is an entry-level role perfect for motivated, goal-oriented individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, client relations, and leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn all aspects of business development, sales strategy, and client management

• Assist with on-site promotional events, community campaigns, and brand activations

• Engage clients and the public to build relationships, generate leads, and drive campaign results

• Collaborate with mentors to develop project management, team leadership, and operational skills

• Track performance metrics and provide feedback to optimize campaigns
