Entry-Level Client Associate
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Assist senior account managers and event coordinators in planning, organizing, and executing events
Serve as a point of contact for clients under supervision, helping manage communications and expectations
Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, vendor management, and onsite support
Support the creation of marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations
Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain accurate records in client databases and CRM systems
Attend events to assist with setup, registration, and client engagement
Help prepare post-event reports and follow-ups with clients
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
