As a Community Engagement Manager, you’ll play a key role in team development, event coordination, and public engagement — helping to expand the reach and impact of social good initiatives across your city.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of outreach representatives at community-based events and activations

  • Train, mentor, and motivate new team members to meet campaign goals

  • Manage event setup, logistics, and daily operations for local outreach efforts

  • Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism and compassion

  • Build strong relationships with community members, donors, and stakeholders

  • Track and report on team performance metrics and donor engagement outcomes

  • Collaborate with leadership on strategy improvements and campaign planning
