🔑 Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of outreach representatives at community-based events and activations
Train, mentor, and motivate new team members to meet campaign goals
Manage event setup, logistics, and daily operations for local outreach efforts

Build strong relationships with community members, donors, and stakeholders
Track and report on team performance metrics and donor engagement outcomes
