Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics & Setup: Assist with event logistics, setup, and breakdown, ensuring everything is in place for smooth event operations.

• Team Supervision: Assist in overseeing event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations and effective team collaboration.

• Guest Engagement: Interact with event attendees to provide helpful information and enhance their overall experience.

• Promotional Material Distribution: Support the distribution of promotional materials to maximize event attendance and engagement.

• Event Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Monitor event activities, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure events stay on track.

• Collaborative Strategy Development: Work with the team to develop and implement effective event strategies that achieve promotional objectives.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and collaboration.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple event tasks efficiently.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed based on event schedules.

• Passion for event planning and management, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field.

• Previous event planning or management experience is a plus but not required.

• A degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
