We are seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives. Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit and community-focused organizations at events, outreach programs, and public campaigns
• Engage directly with community members to share information about programs, services, and initiatives
• Promote awareness of charitable causes and encourage participation, donations, and volunteer involvement
• Assist with planning, setup, and execution of community events and outreach activities
• Distribute educational and promotional materials at events and public spaces
• Track and report engagement, attendance, and outreach performance metrics
• Work closely with team members to ensure successful outreach campaign execution
• Participate in ongoing training to develop communication, marketing, and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Passion for community service, nonprofit work, or public engagement
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with the public
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments
• Team player with the ability to also work independently
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Available for evening and weekend events as needed
