Junior Marketing Associate - Entry Level

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to join our innovative marketing teams, providing marketing, advertising, and consulting services to large corporations at both local and national levels. This entry-level position offers hands-on exposure to marketing strategy, sales promotions, and campaign execution, while working closely with Marketing Specialists to develop new revenue streams for clients through unique advertising strategies.

With the launch of our new division focused on in-store promotional campaigns for clients in big box retail and telecommunications, this role also provides experience in marketing management, campaign creation, and event coordination. Qualified candidates may have opportunities to contribute to San Antonio events and campaign management immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market insights

• Identify strategic business opportunities through cross-functional collaboration with sales, HR, and other teams

• Support marketing initiatives to generate revenue and brand awareness

• Provide product/service support to establish proper communication channels

• Help manage branding, advertising, trade shows, company events, and promotional materials

• Collaborate with management on media relations, business communications, and success stories

Qualifications & Skills:
