Role Overview
As an Event Assistant, you’ll help coordinate and execute local events that promote nonprofit partners and socially responsible brands. You’ll play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly and that attendees have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, signage, displays, and materials
Greet attendees and provide basic campaign information
Support team leads with logistics, registration, and crowd engagement
Help manage booth activities, promotional items, and outreach stations
