Nonprofit Campaign Leadership – Entry-Level Trainee

Through a combination of fieldwork, team coordination, and ongoing mentorship, you’ll learn how to lead successful fundraising and awareness initiatives that directly impact meaningful causes.
What You’ll Do
Represent 501(c)(3) nonprofits at live events, pop-up activations, and community outreach campaigns
Learn to lead teams in delivering face-to-face donor engagement and brand representation
Assist in planning, setting up, and executing public-facing events and campaigns
Support and motivate team members to achieve individual and group goals
Track performance, donor data, and campaign metrics to measure success
Participate in leadership training, strategy meetings, and mentorship sessions
Collaborate with campaign managers and nonprofit liaisons to ensure compliance and message alignment
