Are you passionate about making a difference and ready to grow into a leadership role? We’re seeking high-potential candidates for our Nonprofit Campaign Leadership Trainee program—an immersive, entry-level opportunity where you'll gain hands-on experience leading community outreach campaigns on behalf of national and local nonprofit partners.

Through a combination of fieldwork, team coordination, and ongoing mentorship, you’ll learn how to lead successful fundraising and awareness initiatives that directly impact meaningful causes.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent 501(c)(3) nonprofits at live events, pop-up activations, and community outreach campaigns

  • Learn to lead teams in delivering face-to-face donor engagement and brand representation

  • Assist in planning, setting up, and executing public-facing events and campaigns

  • Support and motivate team members to achieve individual and group goals

  • Track performance, donor data, and campaign metrics to measure success

  • Participate in leadership training, strategy meetings, and mentorship sessions

  • Collaborate with campaign managers and nonprofit liaisons to ensure compliance and message alignment
