Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior Account Managers and Event Coordinators in planning and executing live events and marketing campaigns

• Serve as a supervised point of contact for clients, supporting communication and expectation management

• Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, vendor management, and on-site execution

• Support the development of marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations

• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaign success

• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and internal databases

• Attend live events to assist with setup, guest registration, and client engagement

• Prepare post-event performance reports and client follow-up communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or related field

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
