Junior Account Executive – Entry-Level

Position Overview – Junior Account Executive
As a Junior Account Executive, you will assist in executing event marketing and brand awareness campaigns designed to increase customer engagement and drive results for client brands.
You will work closely with Account Managers, marketing teams, and sales staff to implement strategies that improve brand visibility, customer experience, and overall campaign performance.
Successful candidates will receive hands-on training and professional development, with opportunities to advance into leadership and management roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of event marketing programs and brand promotion campaigns
- Assist in achieving team performance goals and campaign objectives
- Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to improve operational success
- Assist in training and supporting new or entry-level team members
- Monitor quality and accuracy of campaign execution
- Respond to and help resolve escalated customer inquiries
- Promote positive customer experiences to increase satisfaction and loyalty
- Represent client brands at live events, activations, and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)

- Comfortable working full-time, including weekends for events
- Willingness to travel locally for events and promotions
