Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you’ll execute in-person marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives that raise awareness, generate support, and drive results for socially responsible organizations.
This is a public-facing role ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, teamwork, and performance-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities
Represent mission-driven brands and nonprofit partners at events, pop-ups, and outreach locations
Engage community members through face-to-face marketing and relationship-building
Support donor outreach, lead generation, and supporter sign-ups
Collaborate with team members to execute sales and outreach strategies
Track and report campaign results using CRM and performance tools
Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and coaching sessions
