Event Promotions Assistant - Entry Level

Position Overview

As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will help execute live promotional events, retail activations, and community campaigns. You will represent client brands directly to the public, assist with product promotions, and support smooth event execution in fast-paced, interactive environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at local events, retail promotions, pop-up activations, and community outreach campaigns

• Serve as a knowledgeable brand representative after completing product and brand training

• Conduct product demonstrations, distribute samples, and share promotional materials

• Assist customers with sign-ups, registrations, purchases, and event participation

• Monitor event traffic, collect customer feedback, and report trends or frequently asked questions

• Support the event team to ensure efficient execution and a positive guest experience
