We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Associate to join our team. Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit partners at community events, retail locations, and promotional setups.
Assist with event preparation, including booth setup, marketing materials, and product displays.
Engage with community members to promote nonprofit missions, build brand awareness, and encourage donor participation.
Deliver clear, confident presentations and answer questions from event attendees.
Support event logistics, including organizing schedules, tracking engagement metrics, and maintaining inventory of marketing materials.
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful daily event operations and promotional strategies.
Help support social media outreach, community awareness efforts, and event marketing campaigns as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to attendees and represent the organization with professionalism.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
No prior experience needed—paid training is provided.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and interacting with diverse audiences.
Flexible schedule, including some weekends or evenings based on event needs.
A strong desire to grow within the marketing, PR, or nonprofit sectors.

Some experience in customer service, sales, marketing, public relations, or community outreach.
Coursework or a degree in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
